USA-Mexico-Canada Trade Agreement (USMCA)

The USMCA took effect on July 1. It replaces the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).

The USMCA makes changes to the rules-of-origin (particularly for the automotive industry), customs administration, and border enforcement.  More information is available by going to the Customs and Border Protection website (www.CBP.gov) and searching for “USMCA”.

UTS management of cross-border shipments includes full compliance with the new regulations.
